Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our Eastroc Energy beverages. Eastroc Beverage North America (a division of Pittston Co-Packers). Eastroc Energy is the third largest energy drink in the world. The ideal candidate has experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and a deep understanding of today’s beverage industry. This role will drive brand growth through integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, digital engagement, and retail marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty.
    • Define and evolve brand positioning, voice, and messaging to align with company mission and target audience.
  • Campaign Development & Execution
    • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer, in-store, and experiential marketing.
    • Collaborate with Eastroc Energy parent company marketing team to produce compelling content and visual assets.
  • Product & Channel Marketing
    • Partner with senior management, R&D, sales and operations to support product innovation and go-to-market plans.
    • Develop tailored strategies for DTC, eCommerce and retail channels.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing
    • Lead digital growth initiatives including SEO, paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok), and CRM/email marketing.
    • Manage content calendars, community engagement, and influencer programs across social platforms.
  • Consumer Insights & Analytics
    • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing decisions.
    • Track and report on KPIs and campaign performance, adjusting strategies for optimal ROI.
  • Event & Partnership Marketing
    • Identify and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and sampling events that align with brand values.
    • Represent the brand at trade shows, pop-ups, and community activations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+years of marketing experience in alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Strong understanding of lifestyle branding.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and Shopify (or similar platforms).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
