Day in the Life of an Enterprise Architect As an Enterprise Architect at Neocol, you will lead the strategic planning, design and implementation of enterprise‑level IT and Salesforce solutions across client initiatives. In this role you will ensure alignment between business and technology objectives, drive adoption of Salesforce multi‑cloud best practices, and lead cross‑functional teams to develop scalable, innovative technology solutions. You will guide clients through Product‑to‑Revenue frameworks, cloud technologies and system integrations to ensure seamless end‑to‑end processes.

Responsibilities

Architecture Strategy: Develop and implement the overall Product to Cash strategy aligned with business goals, processes, IT strategy, and industry best practices.

Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the overarching design, integration and implementation approach of scalable IT systems and applications.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product teams, IT and external vendors to gather requirements and define solutions.

Technology Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and provide guidance on adoption of cloud computing, data management and application development.

Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce architecture governance ensuring consistent application of architectural decisions.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in technology and processes and develop mitigation strategies.

Mentorship & Development: Provide mentoring to architects, consultants and engineers, empowering technical decisions.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy or related roles including leadership in complex enterprise environments.

Expertise in Product to Revenue (P2R) processes, frameworks, and solutions.

Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise‑level solutions across multiple clouds and integrating disparate systems.

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business objectives and drive transformation initiatives.

Proficient in enterprise architecture methodologies, tools and frameworks including data modeling, process mapping and solution road mapping.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Ability to lead architecture governance, review designs and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with multi‑cloud strategies and hybrid cloud architectures integrating Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.

Experience leading organizational change and influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive technology adoption and process improvements.

Knowledge of additional Salesforce products including Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and MuleSoft.

Experience with Agile and DevOps practices, emphasizing CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑native development.

Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect or System Architect.

Experience with advanced architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman Framework or SAFe.

Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT and blockchain as they pertain to enterprise‑level solutions.

Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2) for cloud‑based architectures.
