Analyze complex financial fixed‑income instruments. Aid in the implementation, customization, and use of analytic solutions. Reverse engineer structured finance transactions in Moody’s proprietary compliance engines. Model portfolio compliance tests based on indentures and legal documentation. Work with proprietary datasets to validate data points and update data and models for structured finance transactions. Assist senior members of the team in maintaining and improving data and modeling processes, analyze causes of issues, research possible ways to resolve and implement solutions. Monitor developments in the fields of industrial technology, business, finance, and economic theory. Actively engage with clients for feedback and customization while maintaining and improving existing logic and procedures. Adopt new technologies, including fine‑tuned GenAI, to improve efficiency and quality of work processes. Qualifications
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field plus at least one (1) year of experience as an Analyst or in a related position performing quantitative financial or credit analysis within fixed income area. Experience performing econometric and statistical modeling, developing credit risk models, or applying knowledge of financial quantitative methods, financial fixed‑income instruments including structured finance, along with cash‑flow analysis techniques. Working with Bloomberg or related financial databases. Applying knowledge of probability, statistics; utilizing data and programming tools, including VBA, Python or SQL; and applying knowledge of algorithms, functional data structure, and data analysis. Salary
$96,512 to $172,850 per year (U.S. base). Eligible for incentive compensation. Benefits
