Technical Product Manager (AI/LLM) — Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid)
We’re an AI-native B2B startup founded by two experienced product leaders (2 exits, top-tier investors) building an enterprise solution already in use by large global customers.
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who loves working at the intersection of AI, customers, and fast execution, someone who can translate complex needs into shipped products that deliver real impact.
What you’ll do
Ride shotgun: join customer calls, capture pain points, and shape AI solutions live
Write and test prompt logic for specific customer use cases
Translate research into production ready features
Work closely with Engineering to refine model behavior and influence roadmap decisions
Think deeply about model data trade-offs and agent design
Who you are
You’ve built products where
AI/LLMs are core , not an add-on
Technically fluent: you can read papers, interrogate metrics, and reason about models
Curious and product minded: you care about real user value
Comfortable in ambiguity, thrive in fast moving environments
Ideally, have B2B experience bringing products from 0→1
High ownership, zero bureaucracy: You’ll own critical decisions end-to-end, from concept to shipped feature.
Direct impact: Your work will shape how Fortune 500 teams use AI to find and act on knowledge every day.
Work with founders and amazing team, not layers: Partner directly with us to define roadmap, customer strategy, and product direction.
Fast cycles, visible results: Ship, learn, and see enterprise adoption in weeks—not quarters.
