About The Role Seeking a visionary Vice President of IT to lead the division's technology strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this executive will align IT capabilities with business goals to drive growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a multi‑year IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to deliver technology‑enabled outcomes.

Ensure IT investments are prioritized, governed, and measured for impact.

Technology Transformation & Integration

Lead modernization and integration of ERP (SAP S/4 RISE preferred), WMS, CRM, EDI, and financial systems.

Partner with Data & Analytics to embed AI and automation across platforms and workflows.

Drive seamless end‑to‑end business processes and global standardization.

Governance & Architecture

Establish IT governance forums and architecture review boards.

Align IT solutions with enterprise standards while addressing PTA‑specific needs.

Oversee change management and program review processes.

Business Partnership & Communication

Act as a strategic advisor to PTA leadership.

Foster transparent communication across IT and business units.

Promote a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Innovation & Vendor Management

Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance user experience.

Manage strategic vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.

Leverage ecosystem partners to accelerate delivery and maximize value.

IT Operations & Security

Ensure reliable, secure, and resilient IT operations.

Maintain strong cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and risk management practices.

Monitor and report on IT performance metrics.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

Build and mentor a high‑performing IT team across applications, infrastructure, and operations.

Promote diversity, inclusion, and career development.

Implement succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

Qualifications

15+ years of IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a CIO or divisional VP role.

Proven success in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or e‑commerce environments.

Expertise in ERP (SAP S/4 RISE preferred), WMS, CRM, and digital platforms.

Strong background in AI, automation, and data‑driven process enablement.

Experience in strategic vendor management and contract negotiation.

Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.

Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities.
