NFI North Bridge Crossing is a residential treatment program serving children 5 – 14 years old in need of a highly structured and therapeutic environment in the Bridgton area. This program is seeking an applicant for a full time Direct Care Counselor. Direct Care Counselor Responsibilities
Direct Care Counselors are responsible for day to day operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, initiating and engagement in daily activities, supervision of participants, crisis intervention, case management/advocacy and all related documentation. Qualifications
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or experience in the field working with youth. Strong organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making is also required. Benefits
