Responsibilities
Day-to-day operations maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants
Supervision of residents
Crisis intervention
Case management and advocacy
Documentation of all related activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making
Flexible, energetic, creative, team-oriented
