NFI North provides mental health and behavioral support services to people facing life challenges. Stetson Ranch has an immediate opening for a Residential Counselor in our Residential Treatment Program serving youth ages 10–20. Residential Counselors are responsible for day to day operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, supervision of residents, crisis intervention, case management/advocacy and all related documentation. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent experience is also acceptable. Strong organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making is also required. The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic and creative and have the desire to be part of a team of professionals. NFI North offers comprehensive and affordable Medical, Dental, Prescription and Vision coverage. Generous paid time off including 3 weeks of vacation, sick time and 11 paid holidays.
