Stetson Ranch has an immediate opening for a Residential Counselor in our Residential Treatment Program serving youth ages 10–20. Residential Counselors are responsible for day to day operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, supervision of residents, crisis intervention, case management/advocacy and all related documentation. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent experience is also acceptable. Strong organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making is also required. The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic and creative and have the desire to be part of a team of professionals. Bachelor's or better in Human Services or related field. (preferred) Associate’s or better in Human Services or related field. (acceptable) Strong organization and communication skills, ability to assume and delegate responsibilities, exercise decision making, flexibility, energetic, creative, team-oriented.
