What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prospect into named accounts using email, cold calls, and LinkedIn/social outreach
Research companies and contacts to personalize outreach and identify the best entry points
Generate and qualify pipeline by setting meetings for Account Executives
Execute outbound sequences and test messaging that resonates with our ideal customer profile (fintech, healthtech, dev tools, etc.)
Track activities and progress in HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
What is Required (Qualifications)
1–2 years of SDR/BDR or relevant sales experience (internships and customer‑facing roles also valued)
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Outreach, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Curiosity, coachability, and motivation to grow into a closing role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Interest in developer tools, SaaS, or cybersecurity is a strong plus
