Develop and maintain automation scripts, deployment workflows, and configuration standards for thin clients.

Monitor endpoint performance and work with the Performance Monitoring Team to identify and resolve user experience or system degradation issues.

Ensure thin clients remain fully patched, secure, and compliant with enterprise standards and policies.

Work across IT teams to integrate thin clients into the broader enterprise ecosystem, including VDI, networking, and identity/access systems.

Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to management processes, system configurations, and user experience.

Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed Education:

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

Experience:

5+ years of related experience supporting and managing thin client environments

Technical Skills

Hands‑on experience with HP Device Manager (HPDM) or similar thin client management platforms.

Familiarity with ThinPro Linux OS, including custom imaging, automation, and scripting.

Working knowledge of endpoint security, patching, and compliance management practices.

Ability to create and manage custom device configurations and automate deployments at scale.

Role Requirements

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration, documentation, and cross‑team alignment.
