Responsibilities
Greet guests as they enter the building and ensure they feel welcomed and have a positive experience
Process all guest inquiries and sales by maintaining knowledge of current programs, services, and fees
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and mailing while ensuring confidentiality of all data
Handle and resolve guest complaints and disputes by obtaining and evaluating all relevant data
Secure the center by ensuring authorized entry, checking in and out all guests, and reviewing security monitors
Assist with emergencies and crisis situations, including fire alarms, flooding, and medical emergencies
Maintain cleanliness of the facility and conduct mandatory safety checks
Ensure events, programs, and activities begin and end on time, providing support as needed
Responsible for all opening and closing duties
Assist Property team with accurate and detailed work order and incident reports
Accept mail and packages for center staff and residents
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Skills and Abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Computer literate with proficient typing skills
Proactive mindset, good organization, attention to detail, and fine judgment
Bilingual in Spanish, Arabic, Cantonese/Mandarin, or Vietnamese (preferred)
Experience with a Point of Sales (POS) system and membership recruitment (preferred)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (usually file boxes)
