Key Responsibilities
Assist with site safety, including monthly safety inspections.
Maintain project schedules, assist with estimating, and enter data into the management system.
Prepare scope of work, technical instructions, safety requirements, and bid packages for subcontractors and vendors.
Review, approve, and distribute shop drawings, submittals, and safety documentation.
Ensure timely release and procurement of materials and equipment for project tasks.
Inspect work for quality control and safety compliance; address issues promptly.
Assist with change orders and track project documentation through close‑out.
Document Control
Review contract drawings and specifications for design integrity and safety.
Write and record field questions; coordinate answers from architects to enable efficient construction.
Maintain project record drawings and specifications.
Customer Relations & Communication
Build strong relationships with customers, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Communicate safety expectations and project updates clearly and collaboratively.
Document and distribute meeting minutes and clarifications as directed.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years general contracting experience, preferably on large commercial projects.
OSHA 10 certification.
Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and other technology tools.
Experience coordinating MEP systems and complex structures is preferred.
Strong communication, creative problem‑solving, and positive teamwork skills.
