Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Audiologist located in Houston, TX. The Audiologist will be responsible for conducting hearing tests, assessments, and evaluations. They will fit, test, and adjust hearing aids and other auditory devices. The Audiologist will also provide patient education on hearing loss, device care, and aural rehabilitation. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and staying current with advancements in audiology.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge in conducting hearing tests, assessments, and evaluations
Proficiency in fitting, testing, and adjusting auditory devices
Excellent patient education and communication skills
Experience in maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with healthcare professionals
Current licensure or certification in Audiology
Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) or related field
Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX
Commitment to continuing education and staying current with advancements in the field
