Coordinator, Billing & Rating
Job Summary
Assist supervisor in Billing/Collection across units, monitor quality, handle disputes, implement improvements, coach staff, resolve issues, reduce bad debt, train, generate reports.
Job Responsibilities
Contact customers/vendors to gather information and resolve inquiries. Educate team on proper procedures and verify controls. Collaborate with departments to correct payment and billing issues. Implement new or improved processes. Communicate operational instructions to processing group. Support customers with billing issues and report requests. Oversee daily workflow and adjust as necessary.
Job Requirements
U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. Not sponsored for visas. Located in or willing to relocate to the same geographic location. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. General understanding of industry and financial trends. Detailed documentation and organization skills. Ability to identify customer issues and recommend solutions. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Associate’s degree in Business or related field. Flexible travel schedule.
