We’re looking for a
Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist
to provide essential administrative and clerical support for our Real Estate and Consumer Loan teams. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for processing loan requests, maintaining records, ensuring compliance, and helping us deliver a fast, friendly member experience.
Responsibilities
Process loan account requests, including modifications, corrections, payments, due dates, and related items.
Handle Real Estate loans, reconveyances, subordinations, and escrow accounts.
Maintain loan records, prepare payoff demands, and complete HMDA reporting.
Manage loan protection products (GAP, MBP, Debt Protection, Collateral Protection).
Respond to audit requests promptly and in full compliance.
Support team goals for quicker, smoother service to our members.
Qualifications
3‑5 years of related mortgage experience in loan servicing or a similar field.
A two‑year degree, specialized certification, or equivalent training and experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
MLO registration may be required.
Typical office work environment. Hybrid work schedule may be available after successful completion of initial onboarding and training period.
Salary will range from $33.00 to $38.00 per hour. This range represents the base pay for grade 10 and does not include additional perks. Final compensation will be determined based on qualification, experience, and location.
