Infosys is seeking an experienced

Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant

with upgrade and implementation experience covering all modules of Oracle HCM. This position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders, own end-to-end responsibility and accountability in driving activities such as gathering requirements, conducting conference room pilots, configuring the system and coordinating system integration testing, user training and acceptance testing. Responsibilities

Interface with key stakeholders and drive end-to-end activities such as requirements gathering, conference room pilots, and system configuration. Coordinate system integration testing, user training and acceptance testing. Provide status and issue reports to the project manager or client on a regular basis. Develop and execute high-level implementation plans and recommend roadmaps to close performance gaps. Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions for them. Advising clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems. Lead and conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions. Develop end-user documentation and training materials; deliver end-user training. Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables. Required Qualifications

At least 7 years of Information Technology experience. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education). Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Extensive experience in at least 4 modules among Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Absence. Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area. Authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role). Ability to give recommendations of roadmaps to close performance gaps and develop high-level implementation plans. Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables. Preferred Qualifications

Oracle hands-on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (ability to query transactions and link between tables). Working experience on Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, and Absence. Experience working on SQL queries. Required to have production support experience in Fusion Cloud projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a global delivery model with offshore teams as an onsite coordinator. About Infosys
