5+ years as a Controller or senior accounting role overseeing AP, AR, GL functions in a high‑volume organization Advanced Excel skills Strong communication and leadership, ability to mentor teams Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required CPA certification required (may consider candidates in process of acquiring CPA) Familiarity with commercial real estate industry is a nice to have Responsibilities
Oversee accounting operations: AP, AR, collections, general ledger activities Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to improve efficiency and mitigate risks Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple states Lead and mentor the accounting team Work Schedule
