Overview
Join Sealed Air as the
Quality Center of Excellence (CoE) Director
and lead a global team dedicated to advancing quality excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Provide vision and leadership to the global Quality CoE team, aligning priorities with Sealed Air’s business objectives.
Oversee development and optimization of global quality management systems (QMS), including ETQ, FUSION, and Dynamics, ensuring consistency and compliance across all operations.
Integrate advanced problem‑solving and continuous improvement methodologies such as 8D and hour‑by‑hour auditing to eliminate recurring quality issues.
Partner with vertical quality leaders and cross‑functional teams to tackle major quality challenges and deliver sustainable results.
Lead quality data reporting and analytics to enhance visibility and inform decision‑making enterprise‑wide.
Mentor and grow a high‑performing team, building technical expertise, leadership capability, and a culture of accountability and innovation.
Oversee supplier auditing and quality assurance programs to ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the supply base.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field required; Master’s preferred.
8+ years in quality management, continuous improvement, or operational excellence roles, ideally within a manufacturing or global environment.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional and global teams, set clear priorities, and deliver results in a complex business setting.
Deep knowledge of QMS frameworks, auditing standards, and quality system integration (ETQ or equivalent platforms).
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
