Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid-level technology transactions associate for its New York, Denver, Boulder, and San Francisco offices. The salary range for this position is between $225k to $315k.
Qualifications
4-6 years of technology transactions experience, including drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, including licensing, SaaS and cloud services, development, reseller, and strategic alliance agreements.
Experience leading technology transactions from inception to closing.
Experience advising clients on emerging technology (AI, open source, blockchain, etc.), data (privacy and cybersecurity), and compliance.
Familiarity with the use of AI-assisted contract analysis and drafting tools.
Experience supporting M&A and other corporate matters.
Excellent writing skills.
Strong communication/interpersonal skills; team focused.
Admission to the bar in jurisdiction of practice.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
