Senior Technology Transactions Associate - Palo Alto Our client is a major International firm, seeking a senior level technology transactions associate for its dynamic Information Technology Group in Palo Alto. The salary for this position will range between $420,000 – $435,000. Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in drafting and negotiating a range of IP and commercial transactions, including license, service, development, distribution, and partnering agreements. Experience working on IP aspects of M&A, public offerings, and financings. Technical or science background is not required. Motivated and entrepreneurial, with a strong interest in technology companies at all stages of growth. Interest in training associates and working closely within a team. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing and interpersonal skills. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US. About Us
