Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled

Reliability Engineer

to support and enhance asset performance and maintenance strategies within a dynamic Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) environment. This mid‑level role contributes strategically to reliability and continuous improvement efforts by applying data analytics, Lean and Six Sigma principles, and key reliability engineering elements such as failure analysis, asset criticality assessment, and maintenance optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor and report key reliability KPIs by analyzing asset performance data, including failure history, downtime, and work orders.

Collaborate with site operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement reliability improvements and align with client goals.

Lead reliability initiatives to improve equipment uptime, reduce reactive maintenance, and enhance operational performance.

Support maintenance strategy reviews and optimization efforts, conduct root cause investigations, and recommend corrective actions.

Support capital planning with data‑driven insights on asset condition and performance trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by Operations and CI&R leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Reliability, Industrial, or related discipline) or 5 to 7 years of relevant engineering experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience applying Continuous Improvement (Lean/SixSigma) concepts in a manufacturing facility or commercial office maintenance environment.

CMMS platform experience required; Corrigo preferred.

Maintenance program experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to Canada (valid passport) preferred.

Lean/SixSigma certification strongly preferred; Green Belt certification within 12 months desired.

Strong written and verbal command of English.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including macros, Power Query, pivot tables, formula creation, and troubleshooting.

Experience with CMMS and SharePoint platforms for asset management and document collaboration.

Familiarity with SmartSheet and Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Automate) desirable.

Proactive, independent, prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, respectful of coworkers, vendors, and clients.
