What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area.
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations.
Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products and services to targeted business prospects.
Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to consistently identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients.
Negotiate favorable contracts and maintain strategic alignment with assigned referral partners.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years relevant experience in enterprise sales, specifically in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech.
Proven experience selling to “C” level executives in various industries including restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail.
Strong track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales goals.
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills.
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's Degree.
