What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products and services to targeted business prospects
Maintain strategic alignment with assigned referral partners and negotiate favorable contracts
Execute a repeatable sales process to consistently identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the Earned Wage Access sector of Fintech
Proven experience selling to “C” level executives across industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
Strong track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
Excellent negotiation, networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering, or a combination of relevant training and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
