Responsibilities
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products and services, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Develop and execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new clients
Negotiate favorable contracts and ensure alignment with assigned referral partners
Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech sector
Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Exceptional negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
