Operation Hire Hawaii (OH-HI) project – expedited hiring to fast-track qualified applicants.
Compensation Salary: $4,961 to $6,043 per month (SR-20, Step D to I).
Duties Summary Interviews applicants and explains Hawaiian Home Lands’ loan programs; investigates, verifies, and analyzes financial and credit status of applicants; recommends acceptance or rejection of applications for loans; processes follow-up documents for execution of approved loans; performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Legal Authorization to Work: U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident eligible for unrestricted employment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with 3 semester credits in accounting, finance, or business economics.
Experience: 1.5 years progressively responsible professional experience analyzing credit position of individuals or businesses; evaluating assets or collateral; assessing repayment willingness; providing advisory guidance on sound financial practices.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license at time of appointment (immediate vacancy requires).
