What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Collaborate with customers and technical teams to capture capability needs and develop quality business solutions

Participate in Agile scrum teams in various roles, such as Scrum Master or Business Technical Analyst

Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impact

Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing accurate documentation and project status updates

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field

3 - 5 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology or Healthcare

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma

1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry

1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry

Six Sigma certification

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
