The Role Reporting to the Delivery Director of the Americas within the sales team, you will provide consulting network solutions to clients. You should be creative, adaptable, and ready to face challenges with innovative ideas. Responsibilities include: Consult with clients and provide network solutions Design and showcase architectural designs for network features or implementations Act as a subject matter expert in your discipline Configure and troubleshoot Routers, Switches, Firewalls, including Drivenets products Create migration plans and manage activities Take ownership of problems, follow up until resolution, and create incident reports Organize training sessions for clients Demonstrate proof of concept to customers Automate tasks using Python/bash scripts Collaborate effectively with sales and other teams Travel as needed to customer sites Requirements Seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect/Network Engineer with 8+ years in network planning, design, implementation, troubleshooting, and migration in local and remote environments. Key Requirements: Deep knowledge of Routing & Switching technologies Experience with Service Providers and/or large enterprise networks, including post-delivery solutions Education: Masters/Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Computer Engineering Certifications: CCNP-RS / JNCIP-ENT or equivalent CCNP-SP / JNCIP-SP or equivalent CCIE-RS / JNCIE-ENT or equivalent CCIE-SP / JNCIE-SP or equivalent ITILv3 Technical Skills: LAN, WAN, enterprise, and service-provider solutions deployment experience IPv4/IPv6, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs, and related protocols Network management protocols such as SNMP, NetFlow, gNMI, RADIUS, TACACS Basic VPN security technologies Basic scripting knowledge in TCL/Python Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), KVM, Containers, Docker, K8s Linux skills or certifications Product Experience: HP, DELL, Arista switches Virtualization platforms (ESXi, VMware, KVM, EVE-NG, GNS3) Cloud solutions from AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Network change and incident management tools (SolarWinds, CA-Spectrum) We encourage applicants even if their experience is close but not complete.
