Teacher Assistant, PK Substitute - Hoboken, NJ Are you passionate about early childhood education and making a difference in young learners’ lives? We’re looking for a caring and energetic Substitute Pre‑K Teacher Assistant to support classroom instruction, foster positive child development, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in classroom activities and child supervision as assigned Support curriculum implementation aligned with NAEYC and Head Start standards Maintain a safe and positive learning environment Engage with children in play‑based learning and social development activities Participate in professional development and team collaboration

Qualifications High school diploma or Preschool Child Development Associate (CDA) Experience in a preschool setting or working with young children Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills for record‑keeping and communication A collaborative mindset with a commitment to the mission of supporting children, families and communities

Offers may not be limited by the salary ranges listed. Highly qualified candidates may be offered a higher wage, whenever budgetary and operational factors permit with required approvals.
