Your Role As a Business Development Representative (BDR) You’ll be on the front lines of the AI revolution—connecting motivated individuals to our career accelerator, building a qualified pipeline, and honing real-world outbound sales skills using the latest tools in automation and prospecting.
This role is designed for those ready to take action, build an income engine, and gain hands‑on experience in remote sales while helping others transform their careers.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect, qualify, and schedule appointments with leads (Startups, job seekers, coaches, mentors, and business owners) through cold outreach and warm follow-up
Build outbound sales campaigns using AI tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, X.com, Apollo and more
Develop content and referral strategies to drive pipeline growth
Understand and articulate the value of MPH's offers and our 4-step success framework
Use CRM systems and track pipeline KPIs to consistently meet or exceed performance targets
Collaborate with internal teams and mentors to create win‑win opportunities
Contribute to building a sales playbook that can scale with our Remote Sales Accelerator
Receive weekly coaching and feedback to refine your outreach, closing skills, and offer positioning
Are hungry to break into remote tech sales or launch your own AI sales agency selling AI to owners
Are curious about AI, automation, and how it’s disrupting sales
Want to develop real-world experience, client‑facing confidence, and job‑ready results
Have solid communication and persuasion skills (bonus if you've worked in retail, customer service, or recruiting)
Are coachable, ambitious, and community‑driven
