VP of Finance and Accounting
Good360 is seeking a VP of Finance and Accounting to lead our finance function. The role reports to the CFO and oversees accounting, finance, and audit activities. Base Pay Range
$145,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Position Summary
The VP of Finance and Accounting will supervise all accounting and financial functions. Responsibilities include monthly close, restricted grants, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, and tax processes. The candidate will ensure effective financial reporting, systems, controls, and procedures to support operations and management. The VP will partner with program leaders to educate and support financial operations and contribute to organizational strategy. Key Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert in accounting and finance; oversee AP, AR, payroll functions. Provide financial insight and guidance to the CEO and department leaders. Prepare, provide analysis, and approve financial statements for management, Board, lenders, and auditors. Oversee preparation of financial reporting materials and metrics; provide financial analyses for decision making. Manage and develop accounting staff. Coordinate audit and tax activities. Partner with CFO on operational and strategic issues and provide strategic recommendations. Develop strategies to achieve organizational goals. Demonstrate sound judgment, decision making, and innovation. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA required. 7-10+ years of accounting experience with nonprofit leadership experience. Experience with NetSuite required; strong system maintenance skills. Experience with inventory management, warehousing, and distribution a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting. Experience in a fast-paced environment. Resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment. Technologically savvy; experience with NetSuite and Salesforce a plus. People skills; ability to collaborate and identify future needs of the finance team. Benefits
