The Opportunity We’re entering the most exciting phase: turning strong early traction into structured growth.
As
Growth Leader , you’ll build and own our go-to-market engine from scratch — defining how Coreworks acquires, activates, and retains its earliest customers.
This is a zero-to-one role. You’ll have real autonomy, direct access to the founders, and the chance to build systems, not just run playbooks. You’ll lead experiments across community, content, and product-led growth — while helping shape how the category of AI-native finance takes off.
What You’ll Do
Design the growth motion from the ground up : rapid experiments to scalable systems.
Run GTM sprints : content, community, partnerships, and product loops.
Lead early adoption programs : manage beta users, collect feedback, and drive activation.
Collaborate with product & engineering : design viral loops and conversion features.
Own the metrics : define key growth KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
Shape the narrative : tell the Coreworks story through creative, data-driven distribution.
Operate fast : ship weekly, learn daily, and scale what works.
Who You Are
4–10 years of
growth, GTM, or product marketing
at a fast-moving SaaS or AI startup.
Proven success launching or scaling a product — ideally from private beta to public adoption.
Equal parts strategic and scrappy — you can design systems and get your hands dirty.
Strong product instincts and ability to see growth through a user lens.
Execution-first operator
who thrives on speed and clarity.
Bonus:
ex-founder or early operator
who’s built and owned growth before.
