Regional Sales Director

to lead a high-performing sales organization, drive market expansion, and deliver strong financial performance across multiple territories.

The Opportunity

This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on regional oversight. The successful candidate will lead a sales and account management team, cultivate key partnerships, and execute growth plans that strengthen market share and profitability across Texas and adjacent states.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives across Texas.

Build and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed regional revenue and margin goals.

Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors, contractors, and corporate accounts.

Analyze regional performance metrics, forecasts, and customer insights to identify opportunities.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, and marketing to optimize results.

Represent the company at trade events, association meetings, and customer forums across the South‑Central U.S.

Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years of experience in

wholesale distribution ,

industrial supplies ,

building materials , or a related B2B sales environment.

Proven track record leading regional or multi‑state teams with P&L accountability.

Strong understanding of Texas’s industrial and construction markets.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.
