Commercial Roofing Sales Executive

to lead the growth and strategy of our

Industrial & Retail Re-Roofing division

across Texas. This role is designed for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of selling large-scale re-roofing services to manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, shopping centers, and retail complexes. You will play a critical role in identifying and winning high-value projects, building long-term relationships with decision-makers, and positioning the company as the go-to contractor for complex industrial and retail roofing needs. Responsibilities

Market Growth & Business Development Drive development of a scalable industrial and retail re-roofing division across Texas. Identify and pursue opportunities with manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution hubs, shopping centers, and major retail chains. Build and track a high-value pipeline through prospecting, networking, and CRM management. Client Consultation & Solutions Selling Conduct site assessments and provide tailored re-roofing solutions that minimize operational disruption. Present value-driven proposals that align with budgets, specifications, and facility requirements. Build trust through ongoing communication and expert consultation. Proposal Execution & Negotiation Develop detailed proposals, estimates, and project presentations. Negotiate terms with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term value. Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to deliver accurate and competitive bids. Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for industrial and retail clients throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property managers, brokers, and executives. Position the company as a long-term partner for reroofing and maintenance needs. Sales Strategy & Performance Work closely with leadership to define Texas market entry and expansion strategy. Set and exceed annual sales goals, focusing on large-scale industrial and retail wins. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Networking & Brand Representation Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local business associations. Build visibility and credibility within Texas’s industrial and retail real estate community. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of proven success in commercial roofing sales (industrial or retail focus preferred). Strong background in selling re-roofing services to private sector clients. Demonstrated ability to secure high-value contracts ($6M+ annual sales). In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems and services. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and profitability. Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools. Willingness to travel throughout Texas as needed.
