Pricing Analyst – Senior
Perkins Coie is searching for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Department. Reporting to the Senior Pricing Manager, this key team member will play a critical role in providing pricing analysis and consultation to support firm-wide initiatives.
The Pricing Analyst will assist in the implementation and education of pricing tools, develop templates, maintain a comprehensive pricing content library, and support the creation of client-appropriate fee arrangements.
Responsibilities
Assist with pricing initiatives to improve customer service delivery
Create pricing scenarios for fee arrangement development
Support development and administration of pricing tools
Provide timely, accurate, and relevant client/matter financial information
Build forecasting models considering multiple levers and outcomes
Analyze data sets, provide commentaries, and align conclusions to audience
Proactively assess impact of historic data on future outcomes
Identify opportunities for automation in pricing processes
Perform other duties, as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, Statistics, or Business
Minimum of 3 years professional financial experience
Law firm, service firm, or related experience
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams

Spreadsheet & Data Analysis: Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, PivotTables), Google Sheets
Financial Reporting Tools: Power BI
Document Management: iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint
Collaboration & Communication: Microsoft Teams, Slack, Outlook, Zoom
Pricing & Budgeting Software
Presentation Tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides
