Randstad Digital is hiring and we are looking for a Systems Architect to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a Contract position with an hourly rate of $64.53 - $69.53 and working hours from 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities
Help design and rationalize system architecture for human capital management technology.
Lead data center moves and modernize legacy applications.
Architect and maintain data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, data warehousing, and Workday.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement best practices in application modernization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Deep experience in HR technology and modern HCM platforms.
Proficiency in data architecture, system architecture, and data warehousing.
Knowledge of Workday, Microsoft Fabric, and application modernization.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
