What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Collaborate with customers and technical teams to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions

Participate in the full software development life cycle, taking on various roles in Agile scrum teams

Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impact

Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle

Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and partners, providing accurate documentation and project status updates

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field

3-5 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology or Healthcare

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1-3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma

1-3 years in the Health Insurance Industry

1-3 years in the Healthcare industry

Six Sigma certification

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
