Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions Participate in Agile scrum teams, taking on various roles as needed, such as Scrum Master or Business Technical Analyst Support requirements testing and analyze results to minimize production defects Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, providing accurate project documentation What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field 3-5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
