Outside Sales Representative – Lansing Building Products
Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative in Broward County South. This role focuses on prospecting new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while upholding our values of Respect, Service, and Excellence.
Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify and prospect clients within the assigned territory, managing leads and scheduling 8–10 daily sales appointments.
Customer Meetings: Meet face‑to‑face with contractors, remodelers, and builders, demonstrating product value and benefits.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients, proactively offering solutions.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities using Salesforce.
Ideal Attributes
Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident and persuasive.

Qualifications
2+ years of territory management or B2B outside sales with a focus on new business development.
Experience managing CRM software to track sales activity.
Familiarity with building materials, construction, or wholesale territory sales.
College degree preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary plus uncapped commission.
Company car for personal usage with all expenses paid.
Laptop, cell phone, and tablet.
Eligibility for annual sales incentive trip.
