What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell a suite of products including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Negotiate contracts and close sales while aligning with assigned referral partners
Execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the Earned Wage Access space
Proven track record of direct selling success to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Strong negotiation skills and a highly motivated work ethic
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering

Master's Degree
