What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects
Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
Collaborate with strategic referral partners to enhance sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant enterprise sales experience, particularly in the Earned Wage Access sector within fintech
Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals
Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage with “C” level executives
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's Degree in a relevant field
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
