Account Manager
to join our team and oversee an established
book of business
in Property & Casualty insurance.
This is
not a sales role
— instead, you’ll be responsible for managing and servicing existing accounts, ensuring each client receives outstanding support, accurate coverage, and timely renewals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of P&C accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with carriers, underwriters, and internal team members to deliver top-quality service.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system.
Qualifications
Active
220 Property & Casualty license
(required).
Proven experience managing insurance accounts (commercial or personal lines).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency with agency management systems a plus.
