Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies. Supervise the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements and reports. Review contracts to ensure proper accounting treatment and revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606. Analyze and reconcile financial data, general ledger accounts, and other reports. Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews and forecasting discussions. Maintain and strengthen internal controls (SOX) and ensure compliance across accounting processes. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to drive performance and development. Qualifications
