Opportunity

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
• Supervise the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Review contracts to ensure proper accounting treatment and revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606.
• Analyze and reconcile financial data, general ledger accounts, and other reports.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews and forecasting discussions.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls (SOX) and ensure compliance across accounting processes.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to drive performance and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Public Accounting/Mid-Cap
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and internal controls (SOX)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
