Lead the HR Department and all aspects of human resources at the Co-op. Serve as the primary contact for NRECA’s benefits plans, serving as FEC’s Benefits Administrator, and administer all aspects of employee benefits. Act as a liaison between employee and insurance providers. Responsible for the coordination and administration of employee programs, policies and practices focused on the recruitment, hiring, training and retention of quality employees. Oversee the performance evaluation system, the online application and evaluation systems, and the employee training platform. Ensure compliance with FEC policies and procedures and their industry standards and legal requirements, which includes DOT-CDL drug testing and licensing processes and the management of Commercial Drivers Licenses (CDL) and related records retention. Coordinate internal communication with employees. Administer the FEC wellness program by supporting employee wellness initiatives, and actively support and organize employee community service projects.
