The FRM will manage defined accounts within the Neurology and Rare Disease therapeutic area, specifically supporting the assigned Product. The FRM advances product access and reimbursement through approved education and support services, including educational in‑service, patient pull‑through support, and denied claim support. The FRM executes a collaborative territory strategic plan with sales, market access, payers, and other partners following approved rules of engagement. Key Responsibilities
Advance product access and reimbursement through approved education and support services, including in‑service education, patient pull‑through support, and denied claim support. Provide patient access and reimbursement education to HCPs, HCP staff, and patient support teams using approved messaging, tools, and financial assistance programs. Inform HCPs and staff of product coverage under pharmacy or medical benefit design. Coordinate with the Approved Partner on individual patient cases, including access, coverage assistance, enrollment, etc. Analyze reimbursement and access issues and serve as the local access and reimbursement resource for field sales and regional management as permitted by policy. Operate within approved rules of engagement, privacy, and compliance business rules. Qualifications
7+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience. 3+ years of experience in patient journey navigation, reimbursement, or patient support services. Preferred experience in Movement Disorder and/or Rare Disease and product launch experience. Ability to solve access issues related to both specialty pharmacy and medical benefit products. Must live within territory boundaries and be able to travel 50%. Compensation
The annual base salary ranges from $165,000–175,000. Additional compensation may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on performance. EEO Statement
