Join our team as the transit and multimodal **program services manager**! In this pivotal role, you will work closely with a diverse, cross-functional team that includes finance professionals, transit providers and the leadership team of the Public Transportation Division. The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage and implement financial and compliance processes and procedures to enhance and support transit services across the state of Oregon. **Apply today**!* Work with the Public Transportation Division leadership team to set priorities and develop unit plans and goals.* Manage and direct up to 14 staff members who work to ensure that compliance is met for federal and state policies, procedures, rules and regulations.* Develop solutions and direct the resolution of operational issues.* Meet and work with staff and customers to convey and interpret existing rules, regulations, policies, data and procedures.* Lead and track federal and state grant execution and ensure funds are being utilized efficiently.* Lead and monitor in preparing budget requests and necessary budget documentation.* Oversee financial audit procedures for review of external agency audit results.
