Position Summary-Personal Injury Case Manager
Relocation to Sacramento is required.
The Personal Injury Case Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys. This role manages all stages of a client’s personal injury claim—from intake to settlement—ensuring efficient case progress, accurate documentation, and excellent client communication.
Responsibilities Client Communication & Case Intake
Serve as the main contact for clients throughout the case.
Conduct detailed client intakes, collect accident and insurance information.
Explain the personal injury process and maintain consistent updates.
Ensure clients receive appropriate medical treatment and schedule appointments when needed.
Case Management & Coordination
Open and manage personal injury claims, maintaining proper documentation.
Track treatment progress, medical records, and billing.
Request, review, and organize medical and insurance records.
Communicate with insurance adjusters and track claim developments.
Legal & Administrative Support
Prepare demand letters and case summaries for attorney review.
Maintain organized digital and physical case files.
Draft correspondence to clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
Coordinate with investigators and experts when necessary.
Negotiation & Settlement Preparation
Prepare demand packages summarizing medical treatment and damages.
Track and resolve outstanding medical liens and balances.
Assist in preparing settlement statements and closing documents.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent legal experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury law (pre-litigation or litigation).
Fluency in
Russian
is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office.
