Administrative Assistant
This role provides direct support to the Registrar and Registrar’s Office, assisting students, parents, and faculty with various requests, including transcripts, class registrations, and schedule changes. Offering $24/hr, the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possesses strong customer service skills. This position requires professionalism and adherence to a no-cell-phone policy while at the front desk. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for students, parents, and faculty, assisting with registration, transcripts, and general inquiries Support Assistant Directors with student requests, administrative tasks, and academic processes Manage COF-related requests, cross-registration, grading, and reporting duties Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and Federal Work-Study student training Experience Requirements
2-3 years of experience in higher education or a customer service-driven environment Exposure to a CRM system (Ellucian Banner preferred) and Student Information Systems (SIS) Experience handling student records, data management, and familiarity with university policies and academic coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with student records management Equal Opportunity Statement
