Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist
to join the Product Security Engineering team in
Hazelwood, Missouri.
This role is scaled by experience and open to the following Individual Contributor Levels: Entry, Associate, or Mid-Level.
Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem‑solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.
Position Responsibilities
Supports/Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and/or program initiatives
Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be standard methodologies across the industry
Implements Program Management Best Practices and creates reports, discipline financial data and metrics, and change activities to support project decision makers and improve project management and integrated scheduling processes and business systems
Directs all phases of projects, or subsystems of major projects, from inception through completion
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Coordinates commitments with internal and external partners to fulfill strategies
Basic Qualifications
Experience with Integrated Scheduling
Experience communicating with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
Experience working in a cross‑functional environment
Experience using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
Active DOD Secret Security Clearance
Entry:
Foundational scheduling experience; eagerness to learn integrated planning processes
Exposure to project management concepts
Associate:
2+ years related experience; ability to independently manage scheduling tasks and analyses
Familiarity with Open Plan Professional (OPP), Agile Scrum Master fundamentals
Mid‑level:
5+ years related experience; leads scheduling efforts and risk assessments; mentor junior staff
Agile Scrum Master, PMP, PgMP or equivalent; experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Milestones Pro, BORIS
Typical Education/Experience Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+ related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range: Entry Level – $63,000 – $73,700; Associates – $72,900 – $89,100; Mid Level – $92,700 – $113,300.
