Public Companies and Capital Markets Associate
We are seeking a corporate associate
with at least 5 years
of public company and capital market experience for our Palo Alto or San Francisco office. Candidates should have extensive experience in public company reporting compliance and governance and the day-to-day issues that arise for public companies, such as SEC compliance, disclosure matters, governance, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance. Candidates should also have experience representing either issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, equity/debt offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs) and at-the-market offerings. Candidates with experience dealing with technology and/or life sciences companies are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $365,000 – $435,000, based on year classification.
Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
